Scope of Work: Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA)

• Assist surgeons under their direction: preoperative skin preparation, patient positioning, homeostasis, exposure, properly using instruments, suturing, and more!
• Preoperative patient assessments
• Discharge summaries - point of contact with patients, family members, and surgeons
• Preparatory procedures
• Transportation of patient postoperatively communicates information to the PACU
• Patient support and care before and after surgery

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 4 10's, 7AM - 5:30PM Or 5 8's 7AM -3:30PM

Qualifications:

• CNOR Certification
• PA Registered Nurse License
• 2+ Years of RNFA experience
