LTC Clerical

We have a wonderful opportunity for a nurse scheduler in the beautiful area of Lititz, PA. This senior living facility is a nonprofit skilled care facility serving geriatric residents in a Long-Term Care setting. 

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $25/hr Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS 
• Shift: 7a-3p

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have experience with staffing and scheduling 
• Coordinate and develop Nursing time schedules using guidelines in place to provide optimum staffing based on regulations and approved budgets.
• Provide ongoing assistance to employees relative to their schedules. Monitor staffing as it relates to resident census and daily needs.
• Make daily scheduling adjustments due to employee illness and absenteeism
• Reach out to staffing agencies to acquire agency staffing, when needed.
