LTC LPN

General Healthcare Resources (GHR) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a per-diem or part-time opportunity at an MHMR Facility in Selinsgrove, PA. This is an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual disabilities. Most residents have dual diagnoses of mental health issues and intellectual disabilities. Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week! Day and evening shifts are available. Need trach and G tube experience! This opportunity pays $46/hr.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $46/hr
• Schedule: Per Diem and Part-Time Options!
• Shift Needed:  2p-10p
• Start & End Dates: ASAP and ongoing with 2 weeks’ notice
• Non-skilled intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Job Duties: medication administration, treatments, working with medically fragile patients, tube feedings, trachs

Job Requirements:

• PA LPN License
• Psych or LTC Experience preferred
• Proof of COVID vaccination
