Nurse Staffing Managing Director:
Job Role: The Nurse Staffing Managing Director will serve as the daily operations leader to a Nurse Recruitment and staffing team as well as serve as the Account Management lead to our agencies Acute Care and Long Term Care nursing clients within our growing South Jersey office. The Nurse Staffing Managing Director will also be responsible for assisting the team in their daily recruiting activity as needed and serve as a “lead from the front” influencer.
Nurse Staffing Managing Director Position Description:
The Nurse Staffing Managing Director is responsible for serving as the leader within or S. Jersey’s Nurse Staffing Team and will be accountable for driving the strategy and execution of effective recruitment and staffing plans designed to exceed our client’s temporary nurse staffing demands through effective sourcing, screening and interviewing of qualified RN’s and LPN’s for the Acute Care and Long Term Care markets. The Nurse Staffing Managing Director will also take the lead as this Division’s client Account Manager who will be responsible for managing existing relationships while utilizing a consultative approach in order to upsell our staffing services within existing departments, as well as identifying new growth opportunities within our client’s facilities and within the New Jersey Market.
-Daily oversight and leadership of team of Recruiters/Staffing Coordinators
-Daily/Weekly reporting and analysis of recruiting metrics with the goal of increasing position to fill ratio, reducing recruitment life cycle time and increasing overall team productivity
-Weekly meetings with the Staffing Team and individual team members to review previous week’s performance and identify coaching opportunities and areas of improvement
-Weekly reporting and tracking of team billable hours, bill rates and pay rates
-Manage relationships with active Acute Care and Long Term Care clients
-Responsible for weekly/monthly client visits to ensure 100% client satisfaction
-Responsible for upselling GHR’s staffing services within new and existing clients
-Act as key liaison between GHR clients and internal teams to effectively communicate client needs and expectations
Education and Experience:
3-5 years of management experience, managing an internal team of recruiters and/or sales representatives
2-3 years of Account Management experience
A demonstrated track record of client service delivery
Experience in a fast paced environment
A demonstrated ability to communicate to client key contacts ranging from floor staff through executive leadership
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
