- Required Skills: Long-term acute care hospital experience highly desired
- Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- 1-2 years’ experience as a PT
- PT license issued by the state of Texas
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Must reside 50+ miles from Houston, TX to qualify
