- Weekly Pay Range: $2,017 - $2,242

- Required Skills: Outpatient experience working with populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric
- Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- 2 years’ experience as a PT
- Physical Therapy license issued by the state of Kentucky
- BLS certification required through AHA
- Must reside over 75 miles from Morehead, KY to qualify for travel contract
