• Location: Mount Vernon, WA 98274 (Skagit Valley, Skagit County)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse assignment
• Role: Cath Lab Registered Nurse RN, Cardiac Cath Lab
• Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• End Date: June 29, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 4 x 10 hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-Call: Pager pay provided
• Flexibility: Potential to float between facilities as a Travel RN
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,920 - $3,080 per week

Job Requirements

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse RN license required
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN or cardiac catheterization experience required
• Experience assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures preferred
• Ability to float between facilities as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab, supporting diagnostic angiography and interventional procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, including hemodynamic assessment and patient safety
• Assist physicians and technologists during PCI, angioplasty, stent placement, and other cath lab interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols
• Respond to emergencies, participate in on-call rotations, and provide timely escalation of clinical issues
• Float to other units or facilities as required by staffing needs
