Required Qualifications (NICU RN)

• Minimum 3 years of NICU / Neonatal ICU experience
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission (NJ RN jobs)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required at submission
• Willingness to float to the Nursery or other units of similar scope
• Availability to work every other holiday and scheduled weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal nursing care to infants in the NICU / neonatal ICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level 3 Trauma Center to support patient outcomes
• Float to Nursery or other like-scope units as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in care planning, patient/family education, and bedside family support
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality improvement initiatives
