• Shifts: 8-hour day shifts, 5 shifts per week
• Schedule: Mix of shifts with approximately 2 weekends per month required; no call
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (estimated ~60 days for credentialing)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA clinical experience in anesthesia practice
• Active Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based anesthesia model
• Vaccination preferred (waivers considered)

Core Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and general anesthesia care for a broad case mix: general surgery, spine, neuro, orthopedic, gynecology, and urology
• Occasional healthy pediatric cases (primarily ages 4+; rare ear tube cases ages 2–4)
• Deliver safe intraoperative anesthesia management and recovery room handoffs as an experienced anesthesia provider
• Document care and coordinate with surgical teams using EPIC (Health Connect)
• Work within a supportive, team-based model of anesthesia care with anesthesia attendings and CRNA colleagues
