Job Details
- Assignment Type: Travel Cath Lab Technologist
- Specialty: Cath Lab / Angio Tech / Cardiovascular Technologist
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Call: One night per week and one weekend every fourth weekend, in rotation
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 09/14/2026
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,420-$2,600
- Location: Vancouver, WA 98686 - a scenic Pacific Northwest community with easy access to riverfront parks, outdoor recreation, and the greater Portland metro area
- Work Environment: Two procedure rooms with a friendly, team-oriented cath lab atmosphere
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab or Angio Tech experience required; 2 years preferred
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Active Oregon license required, or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting at submission
- RCIS considered for strong CVT candidates
- Experience with inpatient or outpatient cardiovascular procedures preferred
- Ability to remain flexible and support call rotation as scheduled
- Strong sterile technique, critical thinking, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support cardiovascular and interventional procedures in a busy cath lab setting
- Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic and interventional cases
- Assist with angioplasty, stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring, and vascular access procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure safe procedural workflow
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
- Participate in call coverage as assigned, including nights and rotating weekends
- Adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
