Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting (CT imaging experience preferred)
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent
- Current state licensure as required by Ohio (Ohio CT technologist license)
- Strong communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans and CT angiography according to physician orders and department protocols
- Operate CT scanner and related imaging equipment; perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate identification prior to imaging procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety, ALARA principles, and infection control standards
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and exam logs
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to support patient care
- Follow hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance procedures
