Job Description
GHR Healthcare is seeking multiple Dentists to complete Veteran evaluation appointments through their current/existing dental practice. These are evaluation-only visits (no ongoing patient care required). Once credentialed and trained, providers will pull cases directly from the portal.
Location Requirement (Practice must be within 75 miles of one or more of the following)
- Prattville, AL
- Madison, AL
- Salem, AL
- Fountain, FL
- Boca Raton, FL
- Stockbridge, GA
- Tifton, GA
Practice Requirement (Mandatory)
- Must have Panoramic X-ray capability
- No digital equivalents accepted
Provider Requirements
- Must complete background checks and extensive credentialing (separate from GHR internal credentialing)
- CV required in MO/YR format
- Provide explanations for any gaps > 30 days
Paid Training & Onboarding
- 16–18 hours of online self-study (paid)
- 2-hour live orientation prior to seeing Veterans (paid)
- Additional training may be required for specialized Independent Medical Review (IMO) cases
- Training incentive for completing required modules within two weeks of credentialing
- One-time ADA/OSHA site assessment of the office
After Credentialing
Once the above steps are completed, the provider can begin taking evaluation cases from the portal. Cases can be scheduled individually or in blocks depending on the provider’s capacity. GHR will have access to the portal to monitor cases and support internal billing workflows.
