Are you a BCBA who’s passionate about creating meaningful educational experiences for students with special needs?
Join a mission-driven, collaborative team providing evidence-based education for children and adolescents (ages 5–21) with emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.

In this leadership role, you’ll collaborate with teachers and administrators to design, implement, and monitor individualized education and behavior plans—helping every student reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs, preference assessments, and develop Behavior Support Plans
•  Participate in IEP meetings and prepare data-driven reports
• Supervise teachers and ensure classroom and IEP compliance
• Partner with the Director of School Services to enhance behavioral programming

Qualifications

• Master’s in Education or Special Education

• BCBA (or board-eligible) required

• Severe Special Education Certification preferred

• 3+ years in a special education setting with supervisory experience.
