Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an Emergency Medicine residency
- Active and unrestricted physician license in Texas
- Minimum: 1 year of experience in emergency medicine required
- Board certification not required
- Proven ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ER environment
Responsibilities – Emergency Medicine Physician / ER Physician
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages in the emergency department
- Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop timely treatment plans
- Stabilize and manage acute medical conditions, trauma, and injuries
- Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner
