Epic Bridges/Rhapsody Analyst Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Epic Bridges or Rhapsody Analyst, or in a similar healthcare IT integration/interface analyst role
- Strong understanding of Epic Bridges and Rhapsody interface engines and EHR integration best practices
- Experience supporting community connect or similar Epic integration projects
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards, ADT/ORM/ORU transactions, and interface troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with clinical and technical teams
- Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA
- Preferred: Epic Bridges or Rhapsody certification and prior experience with integration testing, change control, and go-live support
Key Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and maintain Epic Bridges and Rhapsody interfaces for the community connect project and related EHR integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface and HL7 messaging issues to ensure data integrity and system reliability
- Collaborate with clinical, informatics, and IT teams to optimize workflows and ensure seamless data exchange across systems
- Document interface configurations, message mappings, workflows, and support processes; maintain clear runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Participate in integration testing, change control, go-live activities, and project meetings to provide technical expertise and recommendations
- Proactively monitor interface performance, manage incidents, and implement remediation to minimize downtime and support quality patient care
