Epic Grand Central (ADT) Analyst Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Epic Grand Central (ADT) Analyst, Epic ADT specialist, or similar clinical IT analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Epic Grand Central / ADT modules and Epic Systems workflows
- Practical experience with hospital admission, discharge, transfer (ADT) processes and patient flow optimization
- Experience with system upgrades, build validation, testing, and end-user training in Epic environments
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills for collaboration with clinical and IT teams
- Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA for the travel contract duration
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic Grand Central (ADT) workflows to improve hospital operations and patient flow
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Epic ADT issues to maintain data integrity across clinical systems
- Collaborate with clinical staff, nursing leadership, and IT teams to implement workflow improvements and best practices
- Participate in Epic system upgrades, configuration testing, build validation, and go-live support
- Develop and deliver end-user training, create clear documentation, and provide ongoing on-site support
