Epic HB Analyst (On?Site) – Epic Resolute HB | Revenue Cycle / Healthcare IT
Epic HB Analyst (On?Site) supporting Epic Resolute HB billing — 36 hrs/week, through 12/31/2026. Join our healthcare IT revenue cycle team and help optimize billing, claims, and patient financial workflows.

Required Qualifications — Epic HB / Revenue Cycle Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years hands?on experience supporting Epic Resolute HB and/or PB in a healthcare environment or as a Revenue Cycle Analyst
- Epic Resolute HB Certification required; Epic PB Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (claims processing, A/R, charge capture, remittance, patient statements)
- Experience with Epic build, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and production support methodologies
- Familiarity with EHR integrations, interfaces, and downstream system testing
- Excellent problem?solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities — Epic Resolute HB Analyst
- Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Resolute HB and/or PB billing functionality, including claims, charges, remittance, statement routing, suppression rules, workqueues, and billing edits
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Epic system solutions that support revenue cycle and patient financial services goals
- Support ongoing production operations, troubleshoot workflows, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes for billing and claims issues
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing scripts for unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate end?to?end testing across interfaces
- Partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Patient Access, and Finance leaders to align Epic build with operational workflows and compliance needs
- Ensure accurate configuration and processing of financial and patient data in compliance with governance, audit, security, and regulatory standards
- Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and clear stakeholder communications; mentor junior analysts as needed
