Epic Willow Analyst – On-Site Healthcare IT Job
Experienced Epic Willow Analyst needed for an on-site healthcare technology role supporting pharmacy applications, Epic build, production support, and workflow optimization. Epic Willow Analyst Qualifications
- Current Epic certification in Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) or Epic Willow Ambulatory (Willow AMB) is required
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Epic Willow build, maintenance, and production support experience
- Experience supporting pharmacy workflows within a healthcare organization
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage support tickets, prioritize workload, and provide high-quality support in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing application maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Epic Willow
- Configure, build, test, and implement application enhancements, upgrades, and workflow changes
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze business needs and optimize pharmacy informatics workflows
- Participate in system testing, validation, and release activities for Epic upgrades and new functionality
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues while meeting service expectations
- Develop and maintain application documentation, build specifications, and support procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support integration with related healthcare applications
