Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 4 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- At least 1 year of Level 1 experience required
- Current emergency room nursing or emergency department experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and comfort in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to emergency department patients
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely interventions
- Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Document care accurately and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
- Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered emergency care experience
