Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and acute care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume ER nursing environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts and maintain dependable attendance
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency and urgent conditions
- Perform triage, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, timely, high-quality emergency care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Support patients and families with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
