• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Location: Aberdeen, WA (Zip: 98520) — Travel nursing opportunity in Washington
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (1830-0700)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (opportunity to pick up extra shifts)
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• End Date: August 3, 2026
• Type: Travel, On-site — Emergency Department (ED) RN / ER RN

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience required
• Current Washington State RN license or Multi-State (compact) RN license
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
• Verification of demographics from Nursys
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Charge nurse experience required — experience as an ER charge nurse preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR is helpful but not required
• Strong teamwork, clinical judgment, and emergency nursing skills required
• Full scheduling availability; RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room / ED
• Triage, assess, and manage patients with acute medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
• Perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment according to ED protocols
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled — oversee unit operations and support nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, techs, respiratory, lab, radiology) to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR and adhere to hospital policies and compliance standards
• Respond efficiently to emergencies, code situations, and rapidly changing clinical scenarios
• Promote a positive, safe environment for patients, families, and staff
