  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12-hour nights, D/N rotating (night shift focused)
  • Hours per Week: 36 (option for 36 or 48 hours)
  • Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state verification required at submission)
  • Minimum 4+ years Emergency Room RN experience
  • At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level I trauma center experience required
  • Resume, professional references, and completed skills checklist required at submission
  • Candidate last name must begin with M–Z (see alternate order for A–L)
  • Ability to work every other weekend and required holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients across all acuity levels in the Emergency Department (ED)
  • Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care using established ED and trauma protocols
  • Initiate and manage emergency interventions including airway management, cardiac monitoring, and trauma resuscitation
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Accurately and timely document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
