Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Emergency Department RN experience
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
- Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency nursing setting
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Prior Meditech experience preferred
- Team-oriented, motivated, and patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels
- Perform rapid assessments, stabilization, and timely interventions in the ER
- Monitor vital signs, obtain ECGs, and support diagnostic and treatment workflows
- Collaborate with physicians, EMTs, paramedics, and nursing teammates to ensure efficient patient flow
- Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a busy Emergency Department environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for quality patient care
