Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
- Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safe, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patients with urgent and emergent conditions
- Perform triage and prioritize care based on patient acuity and clinical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Support smooth patient flow and maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced ER setting
