- Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per shift

Job Requirements
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license and active NC DEA
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; urgent care, family medicine, adult, and pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume patient care independently as the sole provider
- Board certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable using Epic EMR for patient visits and documentation
- Must be able to complete required clinical screening, onboarding, and EMR training before the first shift
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services for adult and pediatric patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions in a busy urgent care environment
- Perform common urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
- Work efficiently as a sole provider while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service
- Maintain a professional, compassionate presence with every patient encounter
