Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,150 – $7,280
• Location: On-site in Cumming, GA (30041) — Forsyth County, near Atlanta
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (outpatient primary care clinic)
• Patient Encounters: Approximately 20 per shift
• Start Date: June 8, 2026 (contingent on credentialing)
• Assignment End Date: October 19, 2026
• Credentialing: Estimated 21 days upon submission of a complete package

Ideal Candidate / Job Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Med/Peds (required)
• Active, unrestricted physician license (Georgia or applicable compact/reciprocal license)
• Ability to provide primary care to patients of all ages — newborns through adults
• BLS certification (required)
• Epic EMR experience preferred; training provided after credentialing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Family Medicine or outpatient primary care setting
• Comfort with preferred procedures: well woman care, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, D&C, and prenatal care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services in an outpatient clinic
• Manage approximately 20 patient encounters per shift, including preventive care and acute visits
• Deliver chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, etc.) and age?appropriate preventive services
• Perform office procedures and well woman care as applicable (colposcopy, IUD procedures, endometrial biopsy)
• Provide pediatric and newborn care across the lifespan — infants, children, adolescents, adults
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high?quality patient care
• Accurately document patient encounters and care plans in Epic EMR (electronic charting)
