Join a surgical team as a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) on a 13-week travel assignment in Clackamas, Oregon. Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license
- Current RNFA certification
- Current BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse First Assist or perioperative surgical experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical and perioperative setting
Responsibilities
- Provide first assist support during surgical procedures
- Work closely with surgeons and the perioperative team to support safe, efficient patient care
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with intraoperative tasks as needed
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Document care accurately and follow established clinical protocols
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered surgical experience
