- Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week; 10- to 12-hour shifts

- Setting: Hospital anesthesia department
- Team Environment: Supervised anesthesia practice model with a collaborative surgical services team
Job Requirements
- Active Michigan CRNA license required
- NBCRNA certification required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Clean background and no malpractice history required for quick credentialing
- New graduates welcome
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a high-volume hospital environment
- Ability to provide anesthesia care within a supervised practice model
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases in a hospital setting
- Work alongside physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to deliver safe, efficient perioperative care
- Prepare patients for anesthesia and monitor them throughout procedures
- Support approximately 35 surgical cases per day across 16 operating rooms
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established anesthesia protocols
- Deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism and attention to detail
