  • Case Mix: Adult and geriatric patients; all cases except OB
  • Healthcare Setting: Level I Trauma environment
  • Documentation: Epic EMR
  • Procedures: Spinals and epidurals not required

CRNA Job Requirements

  • Current CRNA certification
  • Active Texas state license
  • At least 1 year of CRNA experience required; 2 years preferred
  • Experience with adult anesthesia care and geriatric anesthesia care
  • Ability to work within a medical direction model
  • Comfortable managing a broad surgical case mix
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and perioperative teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care for adult and geriatric patients
  • Support a broad surgical case mix, excluding OB cases
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services under medical direction
  • Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
