• Assignment Type: Locum tenens CRNA / nurse anesthetist
• Location: Torrington, WY 82240 — Goshen County (Wyoming locum tenens)
• Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
• Schedule: Hospital shifts Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm; call rotation Monday–Thursday, 5pm–7am; Friday–Sunday, 24-hour call
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year practicing as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Active Wyoming license required (CRNA licensure)
• Active Wyoming DEA registration required
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS/APLS, NRP
• Demonstrated ability to perform regional anesthesia blocks and standard anesthetic techniques
• Strong perioperative assessment, airway management, and pediatric/obstetric anesthesia skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a varied case mix: adult (90%), pediatric (2.5%), OB C-section (2.5%), and vaginal deliveries (5%)
• Deliver anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and obstetric cases in a hospital setting
• Perform regional anesthesia blocks and advanced airway management as indicated
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage to maintain 24/7 anesthesia provider availability
• Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, pediatric teams, and perioperative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality perioperative care
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and comply with hospital policies, quality metrics, and patient safety protocols
