• Position Type: Travel CT Technologist / CT Tech (Computed Tomography)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200 - $2,360
• Location: Oakland, MD 21550 — Oakland, Maryland (Western Maryland)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00pm – 6:00am)
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
• Care Setting: Acute care / Hospital Radiology Department
• Charting System: EPIC (experience preferred)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiology Technologist, preferably in an acute care setting
• Active ARRT certification (ARRT-CT preferred)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to provide a copy of an unexpired driver's license
• Radiation badge (will be provided by the staffing agency)
• Any background hits must be disclosed at time of submission

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures, including routine and advanced computed tomography exams
• Operate CT scanners and imaging equipment in compliance with facility protocols and radiation safety standards
• Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging; assess patient condition and follow contrast administration protocols when required
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and charting using EPIC and local radiology information systems
• Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and proper radiation protection procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adhere to facility policies regarding cancellations, punctuality, and professional conduct during assignments
