Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Home Health Assignment in Marquette, Michigan
Travel RN opportunity in Marquette, MI for a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding home health nursing role. Join a compassionate care team and provide skilled in-home patient care across Marquette County and the western portion of Alger County in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula.

- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- On-Call: Required, alternating weeks (7 days on call / 7 days off call)
- Coverage Area: Marquette County and the western portion of Alger County
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience with HCHB preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative care team
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide RN case management for home health patients
- Supervise LPNs and support safe, effective patient care
- Complete patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Coordinate visits and care needs across the assigned service area
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support continuity of care by monitoring progress and updating care plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, schedules, and documentation requirements
