Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Homecare position in Newton, MA (02459) — starts May 17, 2026. Ideal for experienced Home Health RNs and Case Managers in the Greater Boston area.

- Start Date: May 17, 2026
- End Date: September 12, 2026 (17-week assignment)
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days)
- Hours: 40 guaranteed hours/week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,500 – $2,630
- Openings: 2 Travel RN positions
- Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of certified Home Care / Home Health nursing experience
- At least 1 year of Case Management experience
- Reliable personal transportation for home visits (Travel RN/Homecare)
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
- Comfortable providing care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills; experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services to patients in their homes as a Home Health Nurse/Travel RN
- Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans and skilled nursing interventions
- Manage admissions, plan of care, and case management duties per agency and state standards
- Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families, including medication teaching
- Complete timely, accurate electronic documentation and maintain clear provider communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality community-based care
