Travel Cath Lab Technologist Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,830–$3,040
- Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital Cath Lab
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, through January 26, 2027
- Shift Duration: 8-hour evening shifts
- Schedule: Rotating schedule with on-call coverage and evening shifts; 40 hours guaranteed during applicable scheduled weeks
- Assignment Type: Travel healthcare contract
- Local Traveler Policy: Candidates must live outside the 50-mile radius requirement
Cath Lab Technologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Tech, or Cardiovascular Technologist
- Current Wisconsin license or eligibility to practice as required
- Current technologist certification
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- RCIS or ARRT certification
- Ability to participate in rotating schedules and required on-call coverage
- Submit all requested time off at the time of application
Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the hospital Cath Lab
- Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms for scheduled and urgent cardiac catheterization cases
- Operate and assist with specialized cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular imaging equipment
- Maintain sterile technique and follow patient safety and infection-control standards
- Monitor patients during procedures and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team
- Accurately document procedures, supplies, and patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to provide efficient, compassionate cardiac care
- Provide dependable on-call support as part of the rotating schedule
