Job Requirements

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA (hospital experience preferred)

• Current BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs and observations, to nursing staff
• Support patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices at all times
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and charting in accordance with hospital policies
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
