• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• End Date: November 30, 2026
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (6:00am – 2:30pm)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $550 – $590 (competitive travel healthcare pay)

Travel CNA Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for (surgical services/operating room preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current BLS certification (active, not pending)
• Permanent Ohio CNA license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts after 1/1/23)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required – strong patient communication and clinical support skills
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must be nicotine free (Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract

Key Responsibilities – Surgical Support Aide / CNA

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of nursing staff in surgical services and perioperative areas
• Support surgical process technology tasks and assist the operating room team with patient prep and turnover
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in surgical areas; follow infection control and safety protocols
• Transport patients, equipment, and supplies to and from surgical suites and holding areas
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service with patients, families, surgeons, and clinical staff
• Adhere to hospital policies, HIPAA, and workplace safety standards specific to surgical services and perioperative care
