Job Requirements

• Active LNA / CNA certification required (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred — hospital or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment as a hospital CNA or patient care assistant
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct patient care and clinical support under the direction of nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and changes in condition to nurses
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients in the hospital setting
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
