Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of CNA experience required
  • Active CNA / Nurse Assistant certification
  • BLS certification required
  • Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients
  • Epic charting experience preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
  • Ability to support a patient ratio of approximately 1:7 on days

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate bedside support and assist with daily patient care
  • Help with bathing, hygiene, turning, repositioning, ambulation, and transfers
  • Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other routine patient data
  • Support patient safety with fall precautions, bed alarms, and room checks
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, catheter care, and incontinence care as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized patient environment and restock supplies
  • Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered support
