Job Details
- Position: CT Technologist Travel Assignment
- Setting: Hospital / Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma
- Location: Missoula, Montana
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950 - $2,100
- Shift Duration: 10-hour nights
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Charting System: Epic
- Equipment: Siemens platforms including Flash, DRIVE, and EDGE
Job Requirements
- 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Epic required
- Experience in a Trauma Level II setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of CT procedures, contrast administration, and radiation safety
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Flexibility to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging studies across a variety of patient populations, including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Prepare patients and administer contrast media safely and efficiently when appropriate
- Operate advanced CT equipment and support a wide range of exams, including trauma, emergency, inpatient, and outpatient procedures
- Maintain strong attention to patient safety, image quality, and radiation protection
- Work collaboratively with the imaging team, nursing staff, and other clinical departments
- Document accurately in the Epic EMR system
- Support a smooth workflow during overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care while adapting to departmental needs
