Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Licensed as a general radiographer in the state of Missouri or eligible for state licensure
- Graduate of an accredited AMA-approved radiologic technology program
- Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT processing systems
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume diagnostic imaging environment
- Experience with Cerner preferred
- Comfortable with night shifts and call coverage
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced CT scans, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
- Provide timely diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations
- Support additional radiology needs such as fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services as needed
- Operate CT systems efficiently and maintain accurate processing of imaging studies
- Follow surgical and sterile procedures when applicable
- Work with and without contrast media according to department protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and care teams to support quality patient care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused work environment
