  • Employment Type: Travel CT Tech
  • Healthcare Setting: Hospital / Level II Trauma Center
  • Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:00)
  • Shift Duration: 10 hours
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • On-Call: Yes, with some evening call coverage after shift through 06:30 AM
  • Weekend Coverage: Yes, Saturday or Sunday as needed
  • Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Valid Washington state license required at submission
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Level II trauma center experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, contrast administration, and radiation safety
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population across all age groups

Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of CT scans, including head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, vascular CTA, and trauma-related studies
  • Provide safe and accurate preparation and administration of contrast media
  • Support diagnostic imaging needs for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with the care team in a busy hospital environment to ensure efficient workflow
  • Utilize PACS and other imaging systems to document and manage studies accurately
  • Assist with peripheral IV starts and other technical duties as needed
  • Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail matters
