Travel CT Technologist – Hospital Imaging Job in San Leandro, California
Experienced CT Technologist needed for a 13-week travel radiology assignment in San Leandro, CA. Join a busy hospital imaging team in the East Bay and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

- Shift: Mid-shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8 hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekend Coverage: As needed, may include weekends
- Call: No call required
- Orientation: Included during onboarding
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of CT Technologist and X-ray experience
- Current California radiologic technologist license required at time of submission
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required
- CRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certification required
- Experience with charting systems required
- Strong experience in endovascular and orthopedic imaging preferred
- Experience in a trauma, teaching hospital, or community hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Support a variety of cases, including endovascular and orthopedic imaging
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to meet patient care needs
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain scans, and maintain a compassionate approach
- Follow radiation safety standards, imaging protocols, and hospital policies
- Operate imaging equipment and assist with contrast administration as needed
- Provide flexible support for weekend coverage and additional hospital needs when required
