Job Details

• Job Title: Travel CT Technologist / CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,240 – $2,400
• Location: Waimea, HI 96796 (Kauai, Hawaii) — hospital-based CT position
• Assignment Duration: 9 weeks (Start: May 2, 2026 – End: July 4, 2026)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night); includes weekends and holidays; flexibility required
• On-Call: Required; must be within 20 minutes of hospital while on call

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• Appropriate Diagnostic Imaging Certification required (e.g., ARRT or state equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure where applicable
• Proven ability to perform both CT and X-ray imaging procedures
• Comfortable working independently and handling overtime when needed
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with accuracy, following department protocols
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic scans; ensure patient safety and comfort
• Operate CT scanners and imaging equipment; monitor image quality and troubleshoot as needed
• Maintain accurate imaging records and update PACS or facility imaging systems
• Respond promptly to on-call duties and imaging emergencies
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the healthcare team to support high-quality patient care
