- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 12 Hour Nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital-based CT department in a high-volume trauma and stroke center
- Equipment: GE scanners, PACS, and FUJI Synapse
- EMR: Meditech
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT technologist experience
- ARRT (R) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Active Kansas licensure
- Experience with GE scanners preferred
- Meditech experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, dependability, and punctuality
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and CTA studies, including chest, neck, abdomen, cardiac, and stroke protocol head scans
- Support patient care in a busy radiology department averaging approximately 130 CT scans per day
- Collaborate effectively with radiology technologists, nurses, physicians, and clinical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to efficient workflow in a high-acuity trauma and stroke setting
- Maintain a professional, dependable presence throughout overnight shifts
