Shift Schedule:
- Day: 1x8.5-Hour (06:30 - 15:00)
- Day: 3x8.5-Hour (12:00 - 20:30)
Who We’re Looking For
- Food Services Worker or Dishwasher with at least 1 year of experience in food service, dishwashing, or related roles
- Reliable team member who can work in a fast-paced hospital kitchen and follow healthcare food safety protocols
- Commitment to sanitation, safety, and following hospital policies
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of food service, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards (hospital food safety)
- COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Willingness to follow hospital policies, PPE, and infection control procedures
- Preferred: ServSafe or similar food safety certification and prior hospital/dietary experience
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment to hospital standards
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow manufacturer's and hospital cleaning protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with overall kitchen sanitation
- Follow strict sanitation and safety guidelines for healthcare food service and dietary operations
- Assist the dietary team with stocking, food prep support, and delivery of meals as needed
- Work collaboratively with nurses, dietary aides, and kitchen staff to support efficient hospital operations
