• Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)
• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,320 - $1,420 per week

Required Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification – ASCP required
• Minimum 1 year recent hospital laboratory experience
• Experience performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests and operating lab instrumentation
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a 7 on / 7 off rotation, including scheduled holidays
• Current immunizations and health screenings as required for onboarding (COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, etc.)
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital lab environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures accurately and in accordance with established protocols
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments used in hospital labs
• Document, verify, and report test results to healthcare providers in a timely manner
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and compliance standards to support reliable patient care
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, technologists, and clinicians to ensure excellent clinical support
• Participate in holiday and shift rotations as scheduled
