MRI Technologist Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,350-$2,530
- Specialty: MRI Technologist / Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital, including general, clinic, and outpatient imaging services
- Location: Greenbrae, California
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks, from September 30, 2026 through December 30, 2026
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 40 hours weekly
- Shift: Variable day or evening shifts; some weekends may be required
- Call: No call requirement

MRI Technologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working as an MRI Technologist
- Diagnostic imaging credentials
- Current ARMRIT, ARRT (MR), or CRT certification
- Ability to work variable day or evening shifts and occasional weekends
- Fully vaccinated prior to submission
- Strong commitment to patient safety, MRI safety, diagnostic imaging quality, and professional standards
MRI Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures safely and accurately in a hospital imaging environment
- Prepare patients for MRI examinations, explain procedures, and promote a comfortable patient experience
- Review imaging orders and patient histories to ensure appropriate MRI protocols are followed
- Operate MRI equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Apply proper MRI screening procedures and adhere to magnetic resonance imaging safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient and diagnostic imaging records
- Follow infection prevention, regulatory, and department policies
