- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,240 - $2,410

- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts

- Hours per Week: 36
- Schedule: Start times vary between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM; typically includes one Saturday and one Sunday per month
- Floating: Required across multiple imaging locations as needed
- Patient Population: Adults
- Setting: Hospital-based, high-volume MRI practice
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- ARMRIT or ARRT (R) certification required
- ARRT MRI certification required
- Venipuncture and contrast administration experience required
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and best practices
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment
- Comfortable performing a broad range of advanced magnetic resonance imaging exams
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures with precision, efficiency, and patient care
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physicians and other healthcare providers
- Support a wide variety of exams, including cardiac, body, neuro, musculoskeletal, breast, pelvic, prostate, and interventional MRI studies
- Maintain strong patient safety standards, including MRI screening and contrast safety protocols
- Prepare and administer contrast media as appropriate
- Collaborate with radiology and imaging teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care
- Adapt to rotating patient needs, varying start times, and floating assignments while maintaining professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital imaging environment
