  • Shift: 8-hour Evening/Night shifts (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm) with call rotation
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Care Setting: Acute Hospital — Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED)

Compensation

  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,420–$2,600

Required Qualifications (MRI Technologist)

  • Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience in a hospital setting (inpatient/OP/ED required)
  • Associate of Science degree required
  • Active ARRT (MRI) certification
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Valid professional license to practice in Georgia
  • Breast MRI and biopsy experience preferred
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI examinations for diverse patient populations: inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department cases
  • Operate 1.5T Fuji MRI scanners, including active breast MRI scanning and biopsy support
  • Adhere to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and hospital imaging protocols
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation using MEDITECH and communicate results to radiologists and clinical teams
  • Participate in call rotation as scheduled and provide high-quality patient care and safety during procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging workflow
