Job Details – Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Assignment

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190 (Competitive travel PT pay)
• Location: Mendham, NJ (07945) — New Jersey travel PT job, Mendham healthcare
• Setting: Hospital (hospital physical therapy role)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Requirements – Physical Therapist (PT)

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; hospital physical therapy experience preferred
• Clinical expertise in women's health PT, vestibular therapy, pelvic rehab, and patient management
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with hospital EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based physical therapy treatments for inpatient and hospital-based patients

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress, evaluations, and discharge plans
